| eProbe(TM) Activities | Results from the Rainforest | Related Sites | MayaQuest Web Site |

The MayaQuest Activities are experiments designed for explorations in rainforests, but they can be performed anywhere. The MayaQuest project is gathering data from the rainforests of Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala. Data gathered during MayaQuest can be compared with data gathered by schools using the same apparatus. The comparison should show differences and similarities, particularly in temperate forests, that exhibit exciting ecological insights. These experiments are designed for the Apple eMate(TM) and the Knowledge Revolution eProbe(TM) and can be performed in classrooms using common lab apparatus. Together, the eMate and the eProbe provide power, convenience, flexibility and portability that is difficult to achieve any other way.
To see the reports of from scientists in the rainforest, see the MayaQuest Web Site.
Let's see how their data compares with yours. Contribute a summary of your results to an international database at the Concord Consortium. Data from all contributing schools are collected there, as well as the scientists' data.
To view data or for further instructions on how to contribute, the Concord
Consortium website is at:
